The location was perfect - near the Dom and city center. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The room had a large window with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The hotel amenities were of high quality. The staff was professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was close to the city center.
Nothing to mention.

It is not a 4 stars, it is merely a 2-3 stars. Hygiene is an option in lobby, breakfast area and fitness. The fitness area has just the name and may be 4 weights. There was no parking space and no wifi connections during the 2 night i stayed.
I was looking for a 4 stars hotel, center location, wifi, parking, fitness ... I got a 3 stars with a room in the backyard (different structure at the back of the parking lot), no wifi, no parking spot and a fitness centre large 10m2 with exactly 4 free weights. Complete rip off !!!

The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to several places. It was restful as the adjoining street was not too busy. the staff, especially the man at the front desk, was extremely helpful. the amenities included nice organic toiletries.
Felt very lucky to have found it, no complaints at all.

The hotel is very well located and offers a very reasonable package (room, parking, internet and breakfast) included in the rate.
The room is small and the accomodation is just fair for a 4 star hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in a central location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. I particularly loved the large windows in my room, allowing me to study while enjoying a beautiful view outside. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, providing the perfect start to my day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. With its central location and excellent services, it would definitely enhance their stay in this vibrant city.

We got two triple-rooms for the price of the two double-standard that we had reserved. Definitely nice and comfortable! Breakfast, parking and young children included in the price!

We had a wonderful stay in this city center hotel, with the main church on one end and the main square on the other end. The hotel had excellent facilities and a friendly staff who made us feel welcome. They also provided delicious breakfast every day. Our room was clean and spacious, with a large window that offered a great view of the city. Transportation was easily accessible from this hotel.
Nothing to dislike.

Warm welcome from the staff who constantly assisted us to enjoy our stay. Though a very central location the hotel was quite and very relaxing. Wonderful to hear the sound of church bells in the morning.
We would have liked to have coffee and tea making facilities in our room. The Bathroom needed some small improvements especially the shower.

Convenient to my business meeting and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Awful hotel from the door keys not working to get one out of their room (what if there was a fire?) to the air conditioning to the ice (that was a riot) to the inconvenient internet access to the uncomfortable bed.

Great location close to city center and delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options.
The rooms were old and outdated, despite being clean. The lack of air conditioning made it unbearable during hot weather and the fitness room was small and poorly equipped. not worth the price for an Easter stay.

We were allowed leave our luggage at reception for the day.
This hotel should be classified as a three star at most. It does not compare to any four star that I have stayed in. Breakfast poor, facilities non existent but location is good.

Very close to the city center, but location is such that the it is not noisy inside the hotel. Car park is also very friendly, no need to walk long distances etc, from the car park to the hotel.
Some renovations would be required, and the selection for breakfast was a but small. Also the tables in the resturant area are a bit small for 4 persons.
